Los bits de matemáticas de Educamigos están desarrollados conforme las recomendaciones del método Doman, que está ampliamente reconocido por los especialistas como uno de los métodos de estimulación temprana más eficaces. Se basa en que está científicamente demostrado que los niños, desde las edades más tempranas, tienen una gran inteligencia potencial y una enorme capacidad de asimilar información, por lo que resulta aconsejable aprovechar los primeros años para que desarrollen al máximo su inteligencia y su capacidad de aprendizaje favoreciendo la multiplicación de las redes y conexiones neuronales mediante actividades de estimulación temprana, que posteriormente facilitarán un mayor rendimiento en las etapas de escolarización.

Este app con las sesiones de bits de cantidades de Educamigos contiene 520 sesiones de estimulación, que facilitan que los niños reconozcan, de una forma lineal y ordenada, las cantidades del 0 al 100 y las operaciones aritméticas que se pueden realizar entre ellas: sumas, restas, multiplicaciones y divisiones.

Las cantidades se presentan mediante puntos rojos sobre fondo blanco, para que el niño sea capaz de distinguirlas sin esfuerzo, y se suceden automáticamente durante apenas un segundo. Simultáneamente se escucha mediante una locución las cantidades que aparecen en la pantalla.
El programa puede ser utilizado con dos usuarios distintos, guardando de forma separada la información de las sesiones de bits realizadas por cada uno. También incluye una programación automática de las sesiones para facilitar su ejecución de la primera a la última conforme las recomendaciones del método.

Y además también incluye una herramienta de personalización que permite ajustar la presentación de los bits a cualquier preferencia, con las siguientes opciones:

- Cambiar el color de los puntos: rojo, negro, verde o azul
- Cambiar el tiempo de exposición de los bits: el número de segundos que quieras
- Cambiar la forma de presentar los puntos: aleatoriamente o de forma ordenada
