Asr Sûresi

Asr sûresi, Mekke-i mükerremede nâzil oldu (indi). Üç âyettir. Sûrede insanların zararda oldukları, bu kötü durumdan kimlerin kurtulacakları haber veriliyor. (Taberî, İbn-i Abbâs)

Asr sûresinde meâlen buyruldu ki:

Asra yemin olsun ki, muhakkak insan (ömrünü yalnız geçici dünyâ isteklerine kavuşmak için harcadığından) büyük bir (zarar ve) ziyândadır. Ancak îmân edenlerle, sâlih (iyi işler) amel yapanlar, birbirlerine hakkı, (inanılması ve yapılması lâzım olan şeyleri ve ibâdetleri yapmak, günâhlardan sakınmak husûsunda) sabrı tavsiye edenler böyle değil (onlar zararda ve ziyânda değildirler). (Âyet: 1-3)

Kim Asr sûresini okursa, Allahü teâlâ onun günahlarını affeder. Hakkı ve sabrı tavsiye edenlerden olur. (Hadîs-i şerîf-Envâr-ut-Tenzîl ve Esrâr-üt-Te'vîl)

Kur'ân-ı kerîmde başka hiç bir sûre nâzil olmasaydı, inmeseydi şu pek kısa olan Asr sûresi bile, insanların dünyâ ve âhiret seâdetlerini te'mine yeterdi. Bu sûre, Kur'ân-ı kerîmin bütün ilimlerini içine alır. (İmâm-ı Şâfiî) Surah Asr

Asr Surah was revealed in Mecca-i mükerremede (landed). Three verse. Loss in the amount of time that people, who escape from a bad situation, notice is given. (Tabari, Ibn 'Abbas)

Surah Asr meâlen commanded that:

Swear century, certain people (in order to achieve the wishes of the life of the world has only a temporary spends) is a large (and damaging) damages. However, those who Iman, righteous (good deeds) who act in accordance with each other, right, (and believe and worship the things I need to do, to avoid the subject of sins) who advised patience is not (they are not loss or damage). (Verse: 1-3)

Who reads the duration of Asr, Allahu ta'ala will forgive his sins. Rights and would urge patience. (Hadith-i-Sharif-al-Anwar-ut-Less and Asrar-ut-Te'vîl)

Qur'an al-karim was not revealed in any other time period, not gotten much shorter this Surah Asr, even te'mine seâdetlerini would be enough people in the world and the hereafter. This time, the Qur'an al-karim gets into all the tendencies. (Imam-i Shafi'i)
