This app can only be used to check balance. Cant do other functions coz the app will auto log out whenever you want to do anything else. Useless.

Used to be a very useful app but recently it became very annoying and incompetent. No screen shot and cant transfer to other bank coz the page disappear when receive the OTP password. Developer are u even reading all these messages? Can u fix it a.s.a.p coz its really a pain in the ass. Fcker

How the hell to transfer funds when I open OTP and the app refreshes itself! Damn stupid man!

PLEASE MAKE THE OTP SMS SHORTER!!! It's ridiculous that i cant transfer money with my mobile when i have no issues with other bank's app -Android user-

This apps has improved a lot compared to the previous version especially with the new fingerprint feature but unfortunately it does not support my phone. Hopes it will be available in the next update.

Not able to use fingerprint sensor to login despite the phone has that function. The model not supported?

Very bad.. couldn't login after contact customer service for reset the username and password. Have to login via website only. Older version is much2 more better. Bad application services.

Pls make the sms OTP on the front so that can be viewed on notification bar without leaving the app. It keeps log out when we try to get OTP. The update makes customers have to use two devises for the online banking, one for sms and the other one for the app. It is really inconvenience. Please fix it.

I have so much regret for updating this app. This is a downgrade. Please bring the screen shot function back. I need that as my own archive and payment proof to send to other parties. Please make a useful app instead of make more hassles.

I updated, but do not have fingerprint function for the login page. Can't see where's the due date via apps?

No fingerprint login support for Xiaomi Mi5. Only iPhone and Samsung are supported. Bad implementation.

No fingerprint function and now, can't even swap between apps. How can I check the OTP no if the apps keep log out when I view the OTP sms?

The latest update states the app does not support rooted devices and refuses to load. This is absolutely ridiculous because: 1) many users do know what they're doing when they root their own devices 2) in any case, it's like refusing to allow a user to login on the bank's website using a computer that has no antivirus installed. It is neither the bank's duty nor prerogative to be Big Brother with regards to user-side security - advice, caution and disclaimers will suffice, thank you.

Worst app no option to cancel yet not even a print screen available. Sh1tty bank

App says we can use fingerprint to access but there is no such access. Also no screenshot enabled app, difficult to send payment proof to others. Really sucks
