Tantor Audiobooks app for Android enables users to easily download and play Mp3 versions of Tantor Audiobooks that have been purchased from the Tantor Audio website. Download our free audiobook player then create an account and choose a free audiobook!

Standard sound functionality, including: Play/Pause, move to beginning of Chapter or to next Chapter, rewind, fast forward, move back or forward one page, volume control, audio time control bar.
Options
Maintenance of Customer’s Tantor Account log-in credentials.
Remove (delete) downloaded titles from current device.
Application Help.
Contact Us button to trigger device e-mail program to contact Tantor Audio.
My Bookshelf
List of Tantor Audio titles purchased by customer from Tantor Audio website. Includes Search and Sort functionality.
Indicates which titles have been downloaded to this device and which titles are available for download.
Selecting title from list begins download process of that title or loads audio for a title previously downloaded to current device.
Bookmarks
Enables customer to place a bookmark or placeholder at current time and Chapter in this title and device. This bookmark will remain with this title as long as the title is on the device and the bookmark is not removed or deleted. After bookmark is placed, additional functionality of “Turn to Bookmark” and “Remove Bookmark” are added. “Turn to Bookmark” moves the current title to the bookmarked location. “Remove Bookmark” deletes the current bookmark.
Chapter Listing
Clicking or selecting the Audiobook cover image will display a list of Chapters for this title, indicating the state of each Chapter. The Chapter may be Playing, Loading, Ready to Load, or available for Play. Selecting a Chapter that is available to Play will move the title to that Chapter.
Requires Adobe AIR to be installed.

Text so small in menus i could only read it by taking a screenshot and zooming in.

Downloaded onto my G3. The start screen has miniature controls along the bottom and a tiny dialog box in the middle of the screen. If you manage to read that and click correctly you can log in. It then fails to load bookshelf saying check your internet connection despite it having just checked login details and downloaded the app. Uninstalling again!

Screen to small . Won't let me sign in at all. A week since ive downloaded app. Still wont let me sign in on app. And I have to strain to see anything. Needs a lot of work. As great as your audiobooks are I know you can do better. For those on the go like I am and those who travel for work. I don't want to always be tied to my computer to be able to use a download.

I have a note 3 and I can't even see the controls to get started. Whoever made this app isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. As a decent company you people need to get it together. Why even have an app like this? It's quite the embarrassment!

I didn't know that graphics could get that small. I was hoping to get to my collection that I left 2 years ago but I can't see the screens. Come on Tantor, get your act together!

I love Tantor audio books, but this app is useless. Books begin download anew upon starting the app each time, and my previous position is completely lost. All I ask is that it play the books, and save current position.

The criticisms of other reviewers that you have to reload the book every time are not valid. Works fine. My only complaint is that the navigation buttons and menus are so tiny. Not as sophisticated as Audible but certainly as good as Overdrive, other audiobook apps.

App is great for downloading and playing Tantor audiobooks. The basic play functions are there and work well but there is room for improvement. Suggestions: widget, stopping playback when interrupted by other audio, notification to quickly return to app from another screen, and larger buttons.

Started fine, then I pressed pause. The app locked up, so when I restarted it started downloading chapter one again. When our started downloading chapter one again a third time I uninstalled it. Will reinstall of they fix that bug.

Same issues as all the other 1 star reviews. Everything is very tiny. I was able to log in, but app still does not show my bookshelf. Pretty much useless. I guess if I had noticed it has not been updated since 2011, I wouldn't have been surprised that it doesn't work.
