The app won't open, I would like a refund. Edit: 3 phones, and the app still doesn't work. Samsung mega, note 4, and now the S8. I never got the refund I asked for and the app still doesn't work. I love the site, but I want a working app. It crashes when opened.

I was hoping for more hair styles, got bored and lost interest after 5 minutes. Waste of money. This app is pretty user friendly though.

Not brilliant. :-/ Won't open. Have tried uninstalling it and then downading it again to no avail. A real shame as the actual website is great.

After installing this app which I PAID FOR, it just never wanted to run. Would always say "stopped running" after trying to open it. Please could you fix this error or refund me my money. Absolutely USELESS paying for an app that doesn't work!! Pathetic

Some selection was not very good as it was a styled head rather than a cut but it did help me visualise what I would look like in a different hairstyle. As a consequence I had chopped about 12 inches off and after nearly 30 years changed my style. With very good feedback from others.

Definitely helps give Great Ideas & possibilities for my next hair cut & style. Yes, the one review about it be a little fake'ish Should Be Expected ~> its an app so come on!! I style/color/cut ALOT if hair including my own, I ALWAYS HAVE HAPPY FACE! Excellent #Bravo

So I tried this again for my daughters slumber party. Thought it would be fun for the kids. But it still will not open. Just says there is a problem and closes. You would think they would of fixed it by now.

Hair is too fake looking. The full web site looks way better than this. And the website is free. This doesn't have where you can color your own hair or do makeup. Refund please.

I gave this a rating of 1 simply because 0 wasn't an option. This is a scam. It takes your money and then the app does not work at all. Money scam all the way.

Do Not buy this app! I purcased this app May 25 2016, and it does not open! I contacted the app developer for a refund, have not heard from them yet, I think you need to contact Playstore and report it as a scam app! I Need A Refund for a Junk app!!!!!

Paid $1.49 for this stupid app because the "mobile friendly" site wouldn't allow me to use the try-it-out feature on my phone. Took up more than enough space on my phone and it won't even open. Garbage.

Apparently taking my money is easier than making sure I get the app. It says "installed"... but no where to be found on my phone. Please refund money.. or get me the app that works!

I should have read the reviews.It took two attempts to install; but once it had successfully installed, it wouldn't open at all. It just keeps crashing. I wish I'd selected the refund button instead of attempting reinstall.

I would give no stars if i could! This app takes your money, and then will not open. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still did the same thing. Uninstalling for good now. Don't waste your money.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and I'm not able to use this app. I have tried downloading this app several times and each time it closes before it even opens. I'm very disappointed because I love the website, but I want the convenience to be able to do it on my phone, without it FORCING me to download the app. I can't even use the website on my phone now because it keeps redirecting me to the app store. Please fix this.
