Is there any reason the PC cable won't work with a standard OTG adapter? I don't like that I have to buy a second expensive cable. Edit: Still doesn't work.
Meter shows my ketones 1.3mmol, but when syncing with the app, it thinks that is blood sugar and shows the value as 0,7! please fix!
Have OTG cable that works, have caresens USB cable, but things are not talking. Please fix this as this renders your app rather useless to most users without a NFC or Bluetooth meter.

Won't download now, use to work
A backwould upgrade. Previous version was better. My nurse can not use the data I emailed from this version.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, which has a reasonable size screen but this app displays in a tiny font and I can't see how to enlarge it to make it more readable. Also, it doesn't seem to read from my meter (a CareSens N-Pop linked via an OTG cable). But, according to the help file, downloads from SensDiary or from NFC (which seems to use BlueTooth). This is a waste of money and does not work as advertised.
This app does not let you download data to your smartphone via the OTG cable from you meter AT ALL.
I have just installed this app on my Samsung S5. I have ordered the OTG lead and am waiting for it, but, having set up my user info I had a bit of trouble with 1 part of the Management area. I opened the HELP part and was a bit dissapointed to find that it didn't work when I tried select the help that I wanted. The same result happened on all the help items. Hopefully this will change when I connect my N meter to the smart phone

As others have said this app will not connect a TEE2 to a device via OTG. My device is a standard Samsung S6. Fantastic version on my Win 10 laptop but this one is pointless. Completely incompatible with my Lenovo and Asus tablets so won't even install.
