It feels as we are trying to open this app on our PC. Which the vender things everybody in this world uses i7 PC n 4jb ram mobile. It would have been much better if nirmalbang had got some other software which is really light to work on minimum configarated mobile and PC. Rather than showing a animated film. I request nirmal bang to take care of the clients n not the app vender. Customer care representative takes a lesser tym than this app takes the time to open

If i login my back office from server, log my back office successfully, but I try to log from this application servers not responding every time. Reflect every time user name or password didn't match.
