ITV Hub

I used this on my android phone and stopped a programme part way through. Not only did it let me continue from where I left off but when I accidently touched the beginning on the progress bar, it let me jump forward again without having to watch the adverts again.

I use ITV Hub on different devices and each one has different content. For example Foyle's War on the android app currently has 5 episodes but over 20 on the Kindle app. A different amount again on the Sky version. It's quite odd. Still no HD content either whuch, in 2018, is pretty unacceptable. Still, i don't have an issue with the ads. Someone's got to pay for the content!

Why break something that didn't need fixing? Since the last update programs won't resume from where they left off when the connection drops. So first you have to sit through the adverts (again) to restart the program, then you have to find the right place, then watch the adverts (AGAIN) to be able to watch what was left of the program. One episode of Emmerdale restarted three times in the second half, which meant sitting through 24 minutes of adverts for 22 minutes of program. Ridiculous. Given that it already takes nearly 300MB to watch an episode (versus 20-50MB to watch a 22-minute program on YouTube) and ITV refuses to provide lower quality options to reduce data use, I'm not surprised people choose less legitimate apps and websites for watching ITV programs.

Updated to the new app and it even worse, you guys could organise a piss up in a brewery, get it bloody sorted. Stop ignoring your customers and provide us with a better more efficient working app. ????????????

Absolute rubbish this is 2018 this technology has been around for years and itv still can't get things to work properly...and no its not my device ..and no its not my TV...the app will not cast at all ..I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option

A very frustrating app. You can't download any programmes to watch on your commute. The playback often stops halfway through and clicking resume has no effect (the programme starts back at the beginning). It's really the worst of the television apps I use.

I don't have time during the week to watch programmes like Next of Kin so this app is brilliant for me to catch up on stuff I miss

Updated the app and it is continually crashing. Wont even load now. I have sent numerous feedback but its still not sorted.

Can't Chromecast/ Bluetooth screen can't play through the PlayStation pauseing mid program often crashes.

A shocking app. Waste of time same as the channel far too many adverts during programmes

I love the fact that I can watch TV in any room,I'm doing the ironing at the moment this makes it more bearable

I love this app so much it is so good for watching in bed. u don't need to watch it on the tv you can watched on this lovely app. My mum recommended it to me at first I was so annoyed because I could not watch eny thing but then I signed up and there u have it a wonderful app for wonderful people

I love this app, unfortunately sometimes I have found that there are some shows that have not been added to the list of shows to watch. e.g. yesterday I missed Lorraine's interview with Gerrard Butler and I started to look for it, that is the only show from yesterday that wasn't there and I had to watch it on YouTube instead. This is not the first time that I have had this problem. Apart from that I think that the app is great.

Can be temperamental, buffering or no connection at times which is frustrating. Not to do with Internet ss can stream on other sites without a problem. On the plus side, great to be able to catch up on missed programs and be introduced to new ones I hadn't seen before.

One star for the player not for the content. The number of addd is abusive and not fairly balanced. If you come back to watch something you have to watch the adds and if you want to go back few minutes you habe have to watch the adds again and after the couple of minutes passed guess what? Exactly, watch the adds! Ridiculous. Pity they have good shows as Endeavour and not other channels.
