A real pain, wouldnt find my nas on lan or wan on either my galaxy s3 or partners iphone 6s, frustrating when Aidata does it fine!

Uninstalled after antivirus identified that app as a threat.

Really bad, after update the apps got error all time and cannot open the app

Why don't you guys work on a Gotham release for ALL your devices... Frodo is killing me.. To much freezes..

I have both Asustor and WD My Clound. Even choose to keep login and auto upload, Aifoto still can't work perfectly as WD Photo with My Cloud.

Can't connect to the NAS over WAN . All of the other Ai apps work great, but this one doesn't connect at all. It can find it with auto discovery in the while in the LAN but it successfully connects only with the local private IP address. Yes I have the photo gallery app installed. An update to get it fixed would be great

Finally after 3 updates. This app is working for me now. Can't give full 5 stars as theres still room for improvements.

I downloaded the app despite all the negative reviews and I'm beginning to understand why all the negative reviews I am using an LG g3 smartphone on lollipop and even if I use the auto connect it will not connect it will not even find the server and the other options do not work either so I'm not even able to log into the app no matter what option I select. Also when I go into the master app every other app shows up but this one does not show up like the others

Update: the new version still can't upload from phone to NAS. I choose a photo from camera roll, select upload to a folder create via aifoto. It still get stuck at uploading...

i had AiFoto installed on my phone. i was trying to upload some pictures to my NAS (AS-202TE) but the upload never happen on my phone. it is always in the uploading task with the gear icon spinning and spinning. When i create a new album in NAS, i was able to view it quite instantly on my phone. Any help please? I tried both Administrator and User account. Both fails.

Does not connect to nas, asustor should check basic functionality before releasing app.

This one does not work at all. At least the other apps where half backed/almost working/almost supporting ssl.. P.S. I am very disappointed in this commercial NAS product, the level of service integration is borderline limited. Expected much more for the price ..

After new version, it still cannot connect. The app just keeps on loading all time

Crashes each time after photo taken. Update. Updated photo gallery and now working. Moved from 1 star to 4. Still some work needed.

I can connect when using the DDNS cloud from outside the network only once, when I setup the connection. Then, when logout and attempt to login it is stuck on Loading.

Cannot connect as with all the other apps of asustor using the cloud connect please check the network connection. Please fix the issues, app updated with same issues
