This app has been acting up all day. I'm trying to send a small amount of money to another Irish account and the payment won't send. Once I confirm everything it just continuously loads!! I'm not getting anywhere and because I'm in the uk I can't get my hands on a card reader. Your support team could not do anything for me. Completely inconvenient and unreliable if you're living abroad. Sort it out and get rid of these ousted card readers.

Perfect app. Really really handy. One thing I'd really like to see is a total amount for my pending credit card purchases so that I'd know how much I will need to pay off at a glance.

The fingerprint sign in feature is simply amazing and has really revolutionised the way we can do online banking, Making it far more convenient than getting to remember the random PAC code every time

Great service with updates regularly. Making banking easy while on the go . Can't seem to get the finger print option on my android device - no software update available ?

Great app. Would like to see the same wallet features as the an post smart account has. But overall a very good app.

Cant use the phone app to check fee statments u have to use a pc or laptop to check them

App has become unusable. Constantly running slow and looses connection when I am on wifi or have 4G signal. Takes ages to load a page. Cant pay bills with the thing. Useless! Issue started a month ago. Have tried to remove and reinstall to no avail. I am using a galaxy s7. Updates should not be released which have comparability issues to such a common phone

Use it daily. Just gets better and better. Others having issues must be the Internet connection or the phone as Iv never had any issues whatsoever

Great app overall but desperately needs fingerprint login support, which is already present in a number of other bank and finance apps already! (Ulster Bank, KBC, PayPal...)

Great app but tends to lose my mobile top up favourites a lot, especially after updates

I do not like that it insists on access to my contacts. I see no need for this and I do not want this shared with my bank

EXCELLENT

You need extra tap on first digit of your PAC to start typing it. Would be more convenient to have input focus on first PAC digit on startup. Update. I need to tap (once, not twice) on first digit to start typing my PAC. In other bank app (Ulster) there is already pad with numbers on startup to start typing code... so no need extra tap to focus on first digit and no waiting for pad to popup...

So slow. Always says Authenticating device.. followed by connecting online followed by a money sign revolving for over 5 mins

It doesn't work. For some reason it only brings me to first screen showing guide to quick balance and does not go further. Why?

Very useful and simple to use, never dissapoints, and always improving. One of the main reasons why i'm satisfied with AIB.

Still NOT POSSIBLE through app TO ADD INTERNATIONAL IBAN PAYMENT and TO SAVE IT for the future and not possible to do even over browser without STUPIDE CARD READER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHANGE IT ASAP!!! EVERYONE USE PHONE NUMBER for confirmation code!!!!!! ????????????????

In general the app is good, but I'd like to be able to view my balance after every historical transaction (similar to the website). It's a bit annoying not having this feature at the moment, i need to login to the website to get this info. It might be something that could be added as an optional format setting in the app settings?

I love the app but I have a suggestion that I think would be useful to lots of people. I'd love if it had some kind of way to hide the account balance while transferring funds in a store for example. A few suggestions I have are a setting to tap to view full account balance and/or an on off toggle. I also think the option to choose what accounts to show and what ones to hide would be nice, but I'll take what I can get!

Clearly a great app. Would be concerned over the vast sums of public funds that have been invested in the long term development of a bailed out entity that will ultimately enrich the top 1% of society

I don't need my banking app to say good afternoon. Surely money could be spent developing better features than tacky welcome messages. Fingerprint login for example.

Like the app but make it like revolut. After contactless payment a notification appears on your phone. Really useful for extra security.

Getting frastated trying to use this app, when I put in my pin a message comes up wrong pin after three attempts it locks, so I try to set it up to get a new pin and when I key in the registration number it tells me it the wrong registration number, head gone

This is a well designed app that both looks good and is functionally excellent. The quick balance feature is a nice touch and something that I use a lot.

That Euro € coin will keep rotating and nothing will happen. This happening since yesterday 25.10.17.. Android 7.1 Samsung galaxy s8 Plus
