Teleport via Virtual Reality

I tried it on below devices: 1. Sony xperia z2 (android 5.1.1) which works perfectly; 2. Sony xperia v (android 4.3) , samsung note II (android 4.4.2), both can't playback own uploaded videos and others' sharing. For the sony v recorded video and no video processing notification and for note II, sometimes video processing notified but process remains 0%, and sometimes app crash. Please fix it ASAP.

Update makes you name the video before you can take it. This slows, the creative process, down to a crawl. Still can't take still photos.

Doesn't work. Keeps force closing.

I'm very satisfied with this app. Please add feature to capture photos. Love it...

Great piece of hardware and the app works great on my S7

I am liking this app and the camera I bought it works. Yes there should be more instructions and some explanation videos. However if you uncheck the option to automatically delete your video within the app plus download a file manager like Amaze. You can keep your videos on your phone, transfer them to your computer or upload them from your phone to YouTube. I paid $49 for the camera, VR headset and the cardboard. I consider that a bargain. Looking forward to sending videos to mum of her granddaughter.

Does not work. Customer service don't know how to help and makes up excuses. What a waste of money.

My wife bought me this as a present... So disappointed. To be honest I thought the concept was poor, but the execution is worse. Used it once and packed away in the basement to never see the light of day again. What a waste.

Most often than not it doesn't work, and when it does is still glitchy. Many error messages, no instructions or help of any type. As crappy as the camera, total to off!

Needs refinement. Needs to be able to store videos to SD card and should be able to use without having to sign in to Facebook. Would like to be able to take still images in addition to video. Product has potential to be great with a few improvements. Hardware seems to be not the limiting part.

Unusable until issues fixed.

Serious issues: Cannot record to SD card! / can't make or access my videos offline / can't transfer videos to other device or format (e.g.: sbs avi) / by default it wants to make my videos PUBLIC / lacks stereo photo feature / the app can't be moved to SD card / taking multiple shots results some of them remaining unprocessed / headset has no cardboard-style magnetic clicker so it's unusable in cardboard-like apps / no instructions

Update did nothing to fix issues. Actually I think it drains the battery even faster. I can't believe you released a product and app this bad. Have you heard of QA? Constantly crashes, HTC ONE, and can't get a video, when one completes, to upload. No instructions came with the camera. That is unexceptable

RE-installed and allowed all permissions, seems okay now. Will try it out further to see how good it really is. Screen goes all flickery when putting phone in viewer...is this the magnets?

On my ASUS ZenFone it does not recognize the camera, obvious camera is properly connected but keeps telling me to connect and cannot access to take video. Nothing. Frustrated

I can't find any of the test footage I shot, I can't get anyone else's videos to play, and mounting options for the camera are very limited on all my devices. The indiegogo campaign made it seem like the camera used a BT connection. If I finally figure it out I'll update this, but you should make a trouble shooting FB page for this specific device. Constantly and consistently f/c on my tablet. Can't figure out the shutter remote, it changes volume when I click it. What's new in the 2-25-16 update?

I'm using oneplus2 phone .. It's not recording because my phone port standard is type-C port .. I used the mini USB to type-C port but it's not working .. Any hints ?

Does not work with GS4. Frequently crashes, and won't play ANY videos, or save them. The headset is pretty single use too- can only use it with that app as it doesnt have the magnet that acts like tapping the screen.

Every time I try to open the app it looks like its going to open but then I get message that says "unfortunately teleport has stopped". What's up with that? I have droid RAZR M

No instructions with camera. No clear indication on where to get App or how to install. No listing of supported phones/OS. I want to like this product but you are lacking BASIC customer service. Pls. post a PDF or similar link or video tutorial on how to use VR camera and supported phones/tablets/etc.

The camera itself came with no instructions to install it or connect it other than the fact that the cables we're pretty self explanatory. There was no indication of which app to download on the Play Store. When I first opened the app there was no way of knowing how to turn on the camera or what would happen once I did. While the video is processing the phone constantly flashes the slow charging warning on the phone as if receiving a charge, which is impossible since the camera does not have a batt.......

Yet to get this app to run properly on any android devices I have. The UI is crude and while it sometimes runs there camera never connects to the tablet/phone. It really needs a published list of confirmed phones/tablets and their OS vers. I suspect that the USB needs to be OTG / Powered to drive the camera. However nothing I own does that and a quick survey in a phone shop proved this is an unknown feature to salesmen there. They could not say which model had this feature.

The device and hmd came in the mail with no English documentation. The hmd has a fairly unintuitive design for adjusting the distance between pupils. The software I'm rating here doesn't have any clear way to share the video files themselves. If you attempt to share a video (through fb or twitter- your only options) your friends are told to download the teleport app. What if I want to archive my videos to my SD card or move them to my computer for backup? Can't seem to do that apparently.

Downloaded it installed it... tells me my camera has failed... uninstalled it and restarted it and now I have downloaded it 10 times and tried to install it... but app is nowhere to be found... am using a galaxy note 2 phone 4g version.. update the app which I no longer have, has pretty much destroyed my phone randon error nessages are popping up left right and centre... what did you use to make this app? Duct tape and fingernail clippings? Now furious. Now my phone can't send texts thanks a bunch...

Bought the device. Took one video that froze after 3 seconds. Now, the app won't recognize the device. I want my money back and you can take your piece of garbage back.
