App is getting there, can be improved though. App info now seems to match data on web login which is great, data is still delayed by a few days which is pretty useless? Why? Improvements are; 1. For customers that have a solar panels there are no credits shown on app? So actual balance due is wrong! Have to login to website to obtain data any solar data? 2. Also balance shown doesn't show included discount of energy usage? 3. Show solar data on app?
Cant sign in to solar comand component in my dashboard to check how my solar panels are performing. Just puts me in this endless cycle of phoning agl support, changing passwords only for the log on procedure to not recognise them. Etc. Good way of getting ur customers to give up with frustration. Get savy with it ppls.
Was 1 star now 4 star. They were quick to fix the problem now all good. App works well now and is quite handy.
This app was great until I got the solar connected. Now it doesn't show current bills. It doesn't show any updated information since July.
Most functions are slow or not working. Paying bills with PayPal but stuck at loading screen for five minutes.
Not bad, I like the federated identity as I always forget my passwords. Would like to update direct debit details but can't do it on the app. Please add this feature.
PayPal payment doesn't work and onus is on the customer to pay on time.
Fantastic application. Easy to read, easy to monitor both gas and electricity. Great option to enter reading. Easy to pay. Well done AGL.

Been trying to enter meter reads for the last few months. Every time I do, it comes back with an error, both Electricity and Gas. This app is useless. I've phoned AGL and then submitted a reading verbally to a lady who promised to fix the bill and send a new one. No new bill ever arrived. You guys have the highest energy prices in the world, yet you can't hire a developer to make an app that actually works, or get telephonists who can do their job.
Very handy app. Able to combine with ENERGY monthly review trial to try to eliminate waste

Can't sign in ever. have reset password and still doesn't recognise.
Same problem as everyone else by the look of it. App worked fine first couple months now hasn't updated in over a week. Payed bill a week ago but still hasn't updated. Surely AGL can spend some of their massive profits from ripoff energy prices to fix this app. Your replies to customers on this app seem to be repeated week after week without resolution. Wake up !!
The app will give me a running cost in my bill projection but it never actually updates to how much my bill is. It just clicks over to the new month and starts with new projections. Uninstalling and just relying on emails now. Disappointed.
Design copied straight from the iOS app. Laggy, slow, hangs, crashes and the info from my smart meter is always at least 3 days behind. Infuriating to use.
In the last couple of months ive had to continually uninstall and then re install to get it to work. It works for a day and then stops.
Not even able to login. I thought the update will fix it, but I'm still getting the same error stating that the credentials are invalid, even though I was able to login to the website with the same details.
Unable to login for a month now.. Phone calls - emails with no resolution.. "We're committed to customer service.." doesn't mean a dammed thing!
Have tried so many times to sign in online account. Always saying I dont have an account with AGL. Getting frustrating. Have called AGL more than 2x and still not resolved. This app is a waste of time and space
Was a great app now cant even log in, have contacted AGL, reset password and still no luck. Havent been able to check account since July 30th grrrrr
issues paying via app... just continues trying to load paypal... doesnt actually log on. not sure if this is issue with agl app or paypal itself but frustrating!

Apart viewing my bill. I don't find any real use for the app. Even bill displays some crazy numbers which agl support can't explain.
Super broken. Has not updated data correctly since last billing period... No way of telling what is going on with my account.
App worked ok but now will not update usage info into August. Seems to be logged in ok. Useless as is!
Always says incorrect email or password on the app and on website says this account number is already registered for my account....
Could never log into this app even when I used the correct password.
Unable to take meter readings. Ask that I take a photo????? And then when I agree the app stalls.
Rubbish. All estimates. Tells you next to nothing. Waste of data/battery.

Absolutely wasted time trying to use use it. Cannot register or login. Reading other reviews and as a senior IT professional I am appalled this has even released on the users. I suggest you lot get a text book on regression testing, user acceptance testing and study it. Reading the extensive reviews and ratings the time you have cost customers is unacceptable. Don't ask me for any further input as I have no desire or intention to do your job for you.
Hopeless app would not accept the first verification code they sent me finally accepted the 3rd one, but then it just froze and would not do anything.I logged out and tried it again same problem. AGL you should be able to tell by all the negative comments this app is useless fix it.Im looking for another electricity supplier..
I've been having alot of trouble just receiving my bills . E.g. I was scheduled for a bill on the 20th July. It's now the 24th and hasn't showed up and is now saying my next Scheduled bill is due 20th October. I have contacted them and they told me 24-48hrs I should get it in a email. Kind of defeats the purpose of having the app if I still need it manually sent to me.
Just had smart meter installed and app keeps crashing thus making it useless. I'd look else where for your energy provider!
Bill Projection and Usage details which used to work till last month, stopped working now. Horrible.

Useless app. Doesn't update and shows incorrect information. Waiting for a update to decide whether to uninstall it or not. Have logged out and logged back in like I was told to, but still no good. I've just sent through my details in the AGL app feedback site, just waiting for further instructions.
