Great app, particularly with the wake word support added. What is the possibility of adding Tasker support? Would be nice to be able to start it on boot and/or disable wake word depending on location. If I'm inside the house it's pointless to have the wake word on. Would be great to be able to control it from Tasker.

C70%
by C####:

simple enough. the widget is a 2x2 which is awkward and unnecessary. should be just 1x1 like cortana. adding 3d touch/jump list for quick actions when you press and hold (todist has this) would be killer

C70%
by C####:

Thanks for the always listening option! But why add "ok" infront of the wake word? Why cant i just say "alexa, ....." just like the regular echo? Also, the notification is HUGE, please make it much smaller or even allow me to remove the notification from the slide down menu. Also, can you add the stock amazon echo timer and alarm sound to the app instead of me using the stock samsung sounds? They arent good and theirs no option to choose my own audio. Also, needs an option to auto start on boot. And ive noticed it doesnt work if alexa needs to give a 2 part response. Itll do the first response and then turn off and not come back

Brilliant. Didn't know such 3td party apps existed for something Alexa app should do anyway. Works my smart home devices too from home or away

O70%
by O####:

A great concept and works well for short queries like voice control of smart light bulbs, but for longer responses such as jokes Alexa gets cut off before she finishes spea

C70%
by C####:

Everything that I wanted to do is not supported. This app is basically useless for me. I might as well just use my echo.

C70%
by C####:

The Hotword is way too sensitive! Ad a choice of how sensitive we want it or make it less sensitive because I am using it on 2 devices and it's constantly waking up! Fix asap

C70%
by C####:

Fantastic. I liked it already but the new version's ability to be always on makes this one of, if not the, must have apps on my phone. And it's free? And no ads?? I feel like there should be a catch. Excellent work, rain.agency.

by C####:

Hey, great app but with a lot of limitations. Just like cortana or google now, try to show new cards on the home page and make it more personal. Then it will become eligible ti get 5 stars

H70%
by H####:

V1.2 release is huge! Love the custom commands. I would prefer that the wake word activation would not trigger a drop down notification and block some of my screen real estate when giving commands.

Q70%
by Q####:

I've liked the app from the beginning but now at the upgrade it keeps try this on the screen call me ain't nobody gets on my nerves and I can't find a way to turn it off

C70%

Everyone should know this app doesn't support any streaming platform. Hopefully this is added in the future as this was my primary reason for downloading the app. Would gladly download again if streaming is ever implemented.

by J####:

For some reason the app won't let me connect the echo dot to the WiFi system. The unit just sits there for ages with the orange ring circling waiting to connect to WiFi. Is there a step-by-step to error fault finding. Tried the original amazon echo app but says it's not available in the UK ??

C70%
by C####:

A good implementation of the API. It would get higher rating if it didn't cut off the end of longer sentences. Which may be down to the api itself.

G70%
by G####:

Its good..i liked it but it would be better if one press of the audio button and saying 'alexa' would wake alexa for as much as i want it to stay awake.

C70%

Doesn't support live streaming from services like TuneIn.

Fabulous application. I have used Alexa and Control4 for complete home automation including video, audio and lights in 6 rooms and complete pool automation for some time now. The gap was operability when you are away from the echos or outside. Other 3rd party Alexa apps don't even compare to the smooth ops of this app. Have no idea what the single star user is talking about below. Great job! Thank you so much..

C70%
by C####:

Only a basic implementation. No use if you have integrated Logitech Harmony or other services to your Alexa account. You can't hold the button down to command the 3rd party service..

Seems to work like it is supposed to. I've knocked it down to four stars only for the simple reason it can't get my city correct for weather. If I ask my Alexa or my echo dot for the weather the city is correct. When I ask Reverb it always gives me a city that's almost 100 miles away. Have tried everything I can think of to fix that problem. No luck.

F70%

This app does not seem to work exactly the same as an echo dot when skills use extended listening and reprompts. I am using a skill where volume is reduced during extended listening. This works properly on the dot but when the app stops listening the volume stays low for a time and the skill stops responding for a longer time.

I tried signing in to Amazon with this ap and it said my email was wrong (it wasnt) then it said my password was wrong so I tried to change it. Which ended up being a huge hassle, I had to call Amazon to have them manually change it. once I finally did that it still said my password was wrong so I guess reverb is not compatible with my phone. Shame

C70%
by C####:

Great solid app but I don't understand why you didn't create the app with an always listening/wake up word function, this is the whole appeal of Alexa & what gives users the personal interaction. I know you plan to do this in an update but In my opinion this should have been an essential feature when the app was released.

R70%
by R####:

Excellent. Great. I cant have anything to say. I have been using this for last 4 months. It makes my life super automatic. But my iOS app some times behaving erratically. Android app is superb.

C70%
by C####:

Brilliant app. The limitation from Amazon regarding audible and music features is a little annoying but not Reverbs fault. It does the text to speech of Kindle Books fantastically though.

R70%

Just got this app today but first impressions is it is exactly what I've been looking for. I now have a widget on my home screen to activate Alexa. Now they need to make an app for the Gear S3 and I'll be all set!

B70%
by B####:

Good so far, I was hoping to install this app to my Galaxy Gear watch, that would really be exciting! 10 star rating! Please tell us you are making plans to do just that?

C70%
by C####:

Thanks to the devs, this is now working well, good app if you are away from your speaker. If your weather is not working properly you use the ALEXA app to configure it in the settings, look for Reverb, it only takes a minute and makes this app work much better

C70%
by C####:

If you make this app play TuneIn on my phone. I promise I will give it 5 stars. I have an error that it can't play TuneIn. Why?

C70%
by C####:

I am really enjoying this app. One thing that I really like about it is the ability to listen to my Kindle books being read aloud to me while I work or drive. I do hope Android Wear playback controls will be coming in the future for listening to Kindle books being read aloud. Nice work on a great app.
