your app is atrocious. often crashes and when it does open it won't let me type in a booking reference to get boarding passes.

Got turned back from security after my electronic boarding pass wasn't recognised. I had to go back and queue for a new paper one. Don't think I'll trust it again....

Most useless app I've ever used, won't let me update my personal details and when I try to bring up booking details of my flight it says can't retrieve information and to check if I've a connection. I use flybe several times a year so a better app would definitely be appreciated.

Its a good app and i do use it but when on a flight run by loganair it uses their flight code ie LC instead of BE. This isnt recognised at the gate thus causing a delay. Embarrasing more that anything else being THAT passenger. Minor fixes and tweeks is whats necessary.

The app is a bit buggy in places - closes randomly, slow to start sometimes (regardless of data connection state), constantly telling my device time is wrong (it's not!) and could do with some nice to have info sections (baggage guidance, etc) but it is easy to use and get your boarding pass from (an improvement on many other flight apps) so can't complain too much (no comment on the airline itself which is slightly less enjoyable at times!)

Can't open the app with my email as it says my email address is invalid - the same one that I used to book a flight with. But it opens if I put the booking code in - so much for security!

Would be better if it told you the gate and found your upcoming flights automatically instead of having to search for them. Downloaded boarding passes should save within the app and they don't.

Just flying today with Flybe... The app is simple and I really really appreciate that I can check in or view flights WITHOUT having to have an account/login!!! So much faster and better than most. Viewed boarding pass with no problem, etc. For me, much less twitchy than easyjet or BA apps...

You have to activate account by clicking link in email when you first register, then sign out and back in on the app to find your bookings, but it doesn't tell you that. Found out by trial and error! Only seems capable of showing one boarding pass even though I downloaded both outbound and return flights it's only showing return. Needs work!

The app seems to work and process fine. However, it does not seem to be integrated with the airport scanning systems which incorrectly inform me I am on the wrong flight. Needs improving otherwise utterly pointless!

Crashes often and sometimes won't retrieve boarding passes. Doesn't inspire much confidence when travelling. Most times end up printing a boarding pass off at the airport. Kind of defeats the object of this app. Come on flybe, other airlines can do this reliably why not you?

Poorly written, takes long time to load and loads calenders and flights very slowly, compared with instant loading of easyjet or ba apps. Also doesn't retain memory of journeys for booking future flights, nor credit card details, nor allow shopping cart block booking of several flights with one checkout payment. Slow but at least allows you to check in and see boarding card. Flybe can do much better than this, they do quality on their flights.

I used it to book a flight and it did that with no problems, for a booking that for some reason wouldn't complete on their website. Haven't booked in or checked my flight status so i can't comment on full functionality

not as good as some others.every time I open app it tells me to set device time, also when you go to check booking you have type in the booking ref number and your full name, I'm already logged in to the app why can't it just show me current bookings without needing name & ref no. every time.

Logged in it knows who I am but if I try to retrieve a booking it asks me to check that I have a connection. Been that way for a week now. Utterly useless

Entering date of birth takes forever. Scrolling back month by month takes hundreds of swipes. Useless. Better off using the website

This application is incredibly unstable for something that should be very simple. I've used other airline apps for checking my boarding info as well as checking in for a flight, but this just comes up with errors and backs out. It's not worth downloading and trying because it just frustrates. I had to check in at the airport instead because the app would come up with an error after the page displays "online check-in available". Useless.

The layout of the app is great and its ok if you stay signed in. Logging in is impossible...the password or email is always invalid. Should I have got the password wrong the forgot password function does not recognise my email despite customer services using it only a two weeks ago to reset the account. Very frustrating, I never have issues with competitor apps

Hangs constantly. Can't find my booking. Won't update my details. It used to work. What's gone wrong???

This app has no integration so any bookings made have to be searched for using hard to remember booking references. Not even sure it is worth 1 star. In a word. ..rubbish.

Awful app. Wouldn't let me check-in even after multiple attempts and the correct information.

S L O W. I downloaded my boarding pass, but it doesn't show up in the downloads folder; I have to reopen the app to view it. They should change the Download button to say Make Available Offline.

Beyond rubbish. You wonder if the IT specialist who manufactured this app had a skill level of "switch it off"

It retains today's date constantly, and wont facilitate multi-destination searches with same date criteria as a result. Nowhere near as good as competitors.

So far, so poor. Downloaded this to show boarding pass using phone - seems to be unable to find booking, boarding pass functionality just hangs.

Rubbish! Checked in 2 people on the same booking reference and it has only provided 1 persons boarding pass extremely annoying.

Crap, can't update my details or find the flights I have booked on it... Pretty useless

The app based boarding pass does not show the date of travel, so officious security at Newquay send you back to the check-in desk to get a paper boarding pass. It's a simple fix - just make sure the date shows.

Does flybe even bother to read these reviews?? If so it might be an idea to get a new developer team. I've tried to use this app often. Thankfully i 've got the common sense to make sure I print a paper copy, this app is useless, always questions my connection, rarely let's me download my boarding pass. I keep trying in the vain hope they will fix it. Is that what insanity is????

When searching for a flight in my name it bring up the flight details, then does not save them. So you have to re-enter all the info everytime. Pointless app. Take a lesson from BA

One of the dumbest apps, crashed a dozen times, had trouble checking in, multiple errors. In the end, it worked for about 5 minutes all together, enough to get me to the flight therefore 2 stars for my personal experience with the app.

Stopped working. I'm due to fly out in the next few weeks and can't update or review my flight details. Useless app if you rely on it to check in with, needs sorting.

Not user friendly at all and keeps rejecting my date of birth but doesn't give a rquested format. Given up on it after several frustrating attempts.

Never worked. Kept complaining I don't have Internet connection but I can book flight on it without being allowed access to boarding pass. Overall rubbish.

Booked my flights, then got the app. Same email and password. Won't link the two. Have to search every time using reference. Won't store or remember booking. Quite frankly not sure what the point is. It's embarrassing and not great PR for the airline, can't even sort the basics.

Useless can't even view my booking for my flight that iv book this year on keeps saying check connection when i have Internet

My boarding pass wouldn't scan to get through security at Liverpool airport. The guard at the gate said that because the boarding pass didn't have the date on he couldn't let me through meaning I had to go to the desk and get one printed out. Effectively the app was made redundant due to this.
