Shocking tedious & lengthy registration process. After you you sign up you will be shocked again to realise that there are no cars available near you. So far I've only seen a maximum of 7 cars in total covering the entire Dubai and located in two locations; Marina and T-com. Don't bother.

Completed 4 pages of data, took pictures and scans... only to be blocked because my browser does not support the captcha at the end??!! PASS!

There should be no monthly fee and it should be pay per use. Good concept but currently too few cars.

Well. The app opens on the login or register screen. If you proceed to registering you will be asked to provide a lot of info and copies of your official docs. Then you have to subscribe to monthly fee and provide your CC details. Beside the silly idea of paying a recurring fee vs a just per use payment. You still need to do all of that without even knowing how the app would look like or if there will be cars nearby you to find.

What have you done for me lately, UDrive? Precisely. Uninstalling.. before they retro charge me for use of their app too!

be aware there is a monthly fee of 20 AED !! Which i couldn't understand why .. whither you use the service or not!? Does Uber or Careem charge monthly fee? Of course not. It steirs away new customers who wana try the service.

The registration is very easy now but because it's new we should participate some difficulties. After that booking, unlock and drive as easy as you can't imagine. Of course there are rules you don't know yet. Call them if you doubt anything and they will answer you. The only concern I had was paying 1500aed incase of accident , I would appreciate it if we could have an extra charge for full insurance.

Monthly fees!!! For what? Would you like to get a cut of my pay check!! Personally I see the company trying to insult my intelligent for demanded monthly pay while i am not receiving any service or goods against it.

People are too lazy to finish the registration process. IT'S WORTH IT

Fantastic Idea. Tried it for the first time today. Everything went so smooth. Still can't believe how cheap it is compared to using a cab. Great customer care too. Keep it up !!!
