I reserved a car for 6 days and after returning it they claimed to overcharge me for an interior damage of loosing a back shelf in a hatchback car which was not even there at the time of hiring the car. Tried to reach them, they did not even respond to my emails and when i called them, they gave a mobile number to a supervisor who didn't pick up the call. I had to raise a complaint to DED to resolve the issue. Complete madness not recommended at all.

It was an amazing remarkable experience by using Instacar smart drive a brand new Chevrolet Cruze. I love it.

I reserved a car but it wasn't confirmed after the payment. No one is answering the phone, I sent an email to refund my money but no one has replied me yet. Cheaters and terrible service!!!
