mTrakheesi is a mobile version of Trakheesi application meant for Real Estate brokers for managing Real estate Broker operations. It enables the Real Estate brokers to perform operations/procedures such as adding new Real Estate broker licenses, updating broker information, renewing, replacing and cancelling broker licenses.

Key Features

• Add New Broker Procedure : Enables Real Estate brokers to add a new broker to their Real Estate.
• Update Broker Procedure: Enables the users to update brokers Personal and contact information. Fees is applicable for any change in the Personal Details of a broker.
• Cancel Broker Procedure: For cancelling brokers’ license cards, Real estate brokers need to create cancel procedures for those brokers.
• Replace Broker Procedure: This enables the users to replace / issue new cards to brokers in case of lost cards. Contact details of broker can also be updated while replacing cards.
• Renew Broker Procedure: This procedure is to renew an expired broker license. Broker details can also be updated while renewing broker licenses.
• ePayment : This enables user to complete the procedure by Paying procedure amount through e-Payment gateway.
User can enter the details and upload the documents right from the mobile device.

This application also enables RERA users to log in for reviewing the procedures submitted from different real estate offices. RERA user can view documents and details submitted and choose to Approve or Reject the procedure.
