Worst app ever u guys will send me my password and the n when I write it down it says invalid as so it's u guys who provide me with a password and then u guys say it's invalid can u explain me please I try to register from my laptop u guys will say everything is invalid and then I press I forgot my password u guys will resend me the same password from which I am trying to enter and again it will say invalid. Plz say me how to get in correctly cuz I have to check my moms result

The app update is good.I acivated mychart as per instructions now I am able to see my lab results.Thanks.

Lab results always does not work. Shows N/A... Does not meet Smart Dubai Government standards. I contacted DHA IT support many times regarding the Lab results issue but it seems they are not able to solve such issues.

Worst update ever All good features is removed no info about your lab results or your family's neither. Also too much permissions. Why...

No use of this app, if we can't take an appointment from hospitals. It is the worst app I ever seen.

This new version of app is very appealing and i could definitely say this is one of the best app in Dubai.

The options start and i can choose any thing but after a few choices the scren freezes and keeps on loading .....

Good update.

Previously i can open and check all serviceses of my family members. now in sehhaty app my all family members are linked with my account but i cannot access them. If i m clicking on my my account, its giving me access to to check my history and every thing. But when i am clicking on my family members linked account, they are not opening. I cannot switch account.I tried so many time. Also i uninstall the app and then reinstall but same problem. Please look into this metter.

Medical History Records are not available online wheather previous or current files. Also this is not convinient, for it requires to uninstall and install the program. I suggest, that the Admin to upgrade the system.

Lab records is not appearing, neither new nor old.. What happened?

Good application...easy to understand..easy to review reports.....

Too much permissions requested remove them and only leave what u need. This app should he used to display information not SPY on us using microphone and camera access!!! Another problem can't receive access code, and when I did receive it URL always unavailable .. Im uinstalling this rubbish until you remove permissions

This app used to be excellent until the last updates. User can no longer use all options. Lab results cannot be viewed and the app lags often. Deserved 5 star rating before these issues started.

Good app. In Lab result text result field is not showing..sometime lab technician puting result range in text result filed.

Didn't imagine that we will reach this far in dubai. Good job keep it up. The only issue that it is just in english and many moms won't be able to use it properly. If you make it in arabic it will be helpful. And I'm going to tell my mom to have it so no need for papers now. One more to add I dunno if you have it already, if you can make it send a notification when there is an appointment.

Tried this app on iPad and Android. It does not accept the code sent. Cannot log in. It's useless.
