فكرة البرنامج رائعه لكنها غير عمليه على الإطلاق مقابل كل ألف درهم ادفعه فاتورة احصل على عشر دارهم مكافأة من اتصالات اي %1 من مجموع الفواتير ما أشوف الفكره مستحقة لهذا التسويق اتمنى من القائمين على نظام النقاط في اتصالات إعادة النظر في نسب المكافآت وارحب بأي رد

Does not work. Says my number is not eligible and to provide an active etisalat account.

Love it. "One App to rule them all" - data deals, dining deals, shopping deals and what not.

I can't link my accounts.. Very bad application... My primary account in my land line how i can send sms from my land line??

I readed all reviews and almost 80% of them is about FAILED to login as me! Thanks for wasting our time with another Retarded application. Update replying to etisalat : i will not waste my time again with useless back and forth emails with etisalat customer service. Instead of that i will go for the easier and faster solution which is uninstalling your application.

My reward points were not credited and transfered to this new app. Another frustrating experience with Etisalat. I don't get luck with my E-life, postpaid and prepaid accounts. Now this app adds up.

Amazed!! I installed it last week. It was having few issues... like bill amount change. I was upset and pisted a review. In a less than a weeks time today i received a message from etisalat, that it has been resolved. First of all i didnt expect reply.. secondly so fast... and on top of it the issue was resolved.... this is great. I have just now sucessfully paid my bill amount. :-)

Not able to login. And no one is helping from support. Even the website smile is not working. Able to login on webiste but while redeeming points, a white blank page appears. Had a live chat but they were not able to resolve

What a waste of time and money... Atleast get account details correctly linked Customer service is icing on the cake

After update . The app worked and I managed to login .no need now for the referral code as it's optional. The app seems great . It has send a voucher as a gift feature . This is awesom. The design and colours are nice. I managed to pay my elife bill in seconds . Thanks for the support

"ERROR : Oops something went wrong" this is what i get from page 1 itself, then it directs to step 1 (to send msg to 1731). Then an SMS pops up saying "we are unable to process your Etisalat Smiles enrollment request"..

Etisalat have made it impossible for me to redeem my points. Website, phone, USSD and now the app! It's not compatible with Android 7.0.

Clean user interface. Intuitive options .... all in all a great experience. Had some initial issues in redeeming which has got resolved with the new update. Definitely worth trying.

The former etislat app was much better and had more options especially to the linked accounts. This app doesn't allow using the etislate points unless for the primary number and even with linking other numbers too. All etislat offers are add-on ones, previously it was much convenient to add minutes or sms bundls for the primary or linked numbers without having to subscribe for a monthly add-on. I don't believe this smiles is in the customer favour. We want the former etislate app back or the similar features to be added to this useless app. Thank you

I will give 5* when you fix the log in issue and people can log in with Etisalat username and password for all Etisalat service account not only for mobile number account Website as well I couldn't log in with Etisalat username and password

No previous points available. And poor app to separate it from etisalat rewards. Dissapointed.

Dysfunctional. Required registration every time. Does not link with online account. Even after the update, still does not link to online account even when accessing online account through Smiles app. Another scam by Etisalat to make using rewards difficult. Contacted customer support by email and live chat, NO HELP! I have over 80,000 points, can only see 450 through the app. RIDICULOUS!! Unfortunately there is no Zero stars!!

Need to review as some details still not available. Linked accounts-manage numbers an option to view all registered accounts under your name. Details of earned points according to total points not cleared.

As soon as download app asking about terms and conditions if we click proceed getting error as "To enjoy smiles switch to Etisalat UAE" unable to login.
