About AD Services
As part of the Abu Dhabi Government effort to deliver effective digital services to all of its constituents, the existing government digital services channels have been extended on the smart mobile channels enabling constituents to access key government services easily and conveniently, on anytime, anywhere basis.
The Abu Dhabi Mobile Gateway is an official mobile channel of Abu Dhabi Government, AD Services is a central directory and access point for Abu Dhabi Government Smart Services that provides citizens, residents, visitors and businesses with more than 1,000 services, many of which are available as transactional and interactive services through a simple and native like interface to access high-impact government services that are most suited to the mobile channel.
The mobile Gateway has been built from ground up to support a variety of mobile devices and provide a native look & feel to reach most of government services it can be accessed form mobile web browser and downloaded from Apple Store and Google Play

It keep saying "You cannot register, currently, online with the Abu Dhabi Police, please contact 800 555 for further assistance." And that number never answer .please put a board saying "Developer under Training "

I tried couple of services, always required to register using the national ID reader, smart applications are meant to make life easier, in this situation it is not, from where will I bring one and for what?! At least allow people to enter the national ID number and the system should retrieve the data from Abu Dhabi government database. Last thing, in one of the services i tried to access, I was directed to the website, so this application works only as a shortcut to the website, not as an independent app.

Water and Electricity bill payment option not working. Very limited data provided from the rest of the built in apps. Better down load each govement service app individually, cause this one is pretty much a waste of time!
