Any Send

This app looks like it could be about the best utility I might have yet... but it only installs on one of my Android devices and laptop. I'm not going to be able to use it much if I can't get it on my HTC One V, so everything works well together.

Please add Wi-Fi Direct support then it will be even better. Please stick to the ICS Holo UI. Honestly the current UI is ugly. Please add support for HTC One V. Any Send cannot be seen in Play Store for download on HTC One V. I have to manually bluetooth the apk from my Galaxy Nexus to HTC One V.

Hi, this is very useful app. I using this to on my pc and mac also. But when i want to transfer more than 1,5GB with single file from pc to mac it said error..

I downloaded this app to send files between my smartphone and my laptop, but didn't work, don't waste your time with this...

The only thing missing is the ability to share files using 'WiFi direct' technology. This eliminates the need for two smart phones to be connected to the same WiFi network, this comes in handy when two people need to share files outdoors where no WiFi network is available. Pairing of devices can be achieved by either QR code or NFC.

Just one less star due to we cant send apps which are installed on mobile to other mob. And yeah ain't good interface as share it bt its easy too use then share it.,..,

It does the job, and I like that I can send files cross platform to my Mac, but it is annoying to have to manually close the app since it always wants to continue running in the background.

It used to work brilliantly on my old galaxy ace which was gingerbread but doesn't work on my new xiaomi mi 4i which is lolipop, seems like the dev has abandoned it.

Easy to use and very quick. It would be even better if there were functionality to reorganize/rename files and folders. Since I'm going to be using this as my primary transfer between devices a search feature would be appreciated as well.

Saw a review online and took a chance, have tried so many of these this is the 1st that works as it should, so simple, so fast... You guys should be bought by Google!

Not able to view available devices on the same WiFi Conn.

This App's got potential. It's just what I needed to be able to quickly and easily transfer stuff among my multiple android devices. Unfortunately it doesn't support the HTC Evo View and I have experienced repeated crashes while trying to transfer between an HTC Evo 4g and a Samsung Galaxy S3.

Highly recommend it for cross-platform file transfer. Few things needs to be addressed for 5 star rating:  1. Slow Startup/Closing of the app even on high end devices. Please fix it if possible without disrupting the stability of the app.  2. Rather than keeping it on notification when not in use, the back button should close the app in my opinion (as people may not require the app to be running all the time). Please add that option in setting.  3. Design could be updated to match the material view.

I really like that the app works completely in your local network leaving out any kind of third party (e.g. cloud) services. The transmission is fast and smooth, the visual design is nice. However, it could be a bit more stable.

If installed on Windows desktop or laptop you send the file to the cloud and they provide a link that you email to the person, even if the Windows PC is on wifi. ES File Explorer can send files to PC and Android over WiFi. I deleted this app.

Update...June 2016, still not forcing a media scan. Since Android update anysend has no menu or quit option. Have to force close app. No response from developer. Uninstalling...frustrating as it was awesome :(

Almost everytime I try to send something it says "oops". Wasting time selecting everything again and sending it for the second time it works. Great concept but buggy. S5

Why on earth would I want to install something from Apple just to make this work on my PC? FAIL!

I'll give 1 star just because they have no response at all regarding this app. and there is no solutions in the internet to tell you how to fix problems, a lot of problems happen with this application on windows, hope they become responsive.

Loved the simple, easy to use user interface. Can't find the option to use WiFi hotspot in the absence of other WiFi network. Plus why can't I just use the already installed browsers in PCs to transfer files. Have to download and install the app every time I want to use a different PC for file transfer.

Can anybody let me know that how to add my other friends ?

Would be a really a useful app if it worked 100% of the time, often struggles to find either my PC or Android device when they are both on the same network. Needs some kind of refresh button to force it to look for other anysend clients on the same network.

Doesn't work. Can't locate my pc or spouse's Galaxy S3.

I have Any Send on all my family devices at home (Note 3, Note 2, S4, Tab 2, Win 8 PC, Win 7 lappy). I have had zero issues with it working once configured right (which is not much to change). I have used this with coworkers too. I wish there was an option to send files over the internet rather than just local network.

I use this software in mac and it is too good. so I installed in my Samsung galaxy grand 2 and it was a disappointment. its not even detecting wifi. and displays a toast of "Failed-1".

So much easier for transferring files and photos so easy to use

This is exactly what I've been looking for. Simple file sharing between all my devices. I use mac, windows and android. This app seems to work seamlessly between them.

Nexus 7, Mac desktop. The app has numerous issues. Sometimes it does not recognize a network connection. Other times it does recognize the connection but does not see the other devices. And finally when it does see the devices it fails to send a file. Not usable at this time.

At times, it doesn't detect devices in a same network correctly. Please fix this, thanks
