About Blues Collection
Blues is the name given to both the musical forms and musical genres created especially in the African-American Society in Deep South USA at the end of the 19th century from spiritual songs, work songs, field hollers, shouts, and simple rhythmic ballad narratives. The blues are everywhere ... in the form of jazz, R & B, and rock n roll characterized by a certain progressive chord with twelve bar chords of the most common inclined progression with a tilt, noting that for expressive purposes sung or played gradually or bend (minor 3 to 3 major) in relation to the field of the major scale.
The blues genre is based on the blues form but has other characteristics such as certain lyrics, bass lines and instruments. Blues can be divided into several subgenres ranging from country to urban blues that are more or less popular during different periods of the 20th century. The best known are Delta, Piedmont, and Chicago blues style. World War II marked the transition from acoustics to electric blues and the progressive opening of blues music to a wider audience. In the 1960s and 1970s, formed a hybrid called blues rock revolution.
The term "blues" refers to "Blues Devil", which means melancholy and sadness, the initial use of the term in this sense was found in George Colman's' one-act play Blue Devils (1798). Although the use of phrases in African American music may be older, it has been proven since 1912, when Hart Wand's "Dallas Blues" became the first copyright of the blues composition. Lyrics phrases are often used to describe a depressed mood.
Blues music departs from the spiritual music and compliments that arise from the community of former African slaves in the US. The use of blue tones and the application of call-and-response patterns (where two sentences are pronounced / sung by two people in a sequence and the second sentence can be considered as the "answer" to the first sentence) in music and lyrics of blues songs is evidence of its origin based in West Africa. In the present era many Blues Lovers were born. They are listening, writing, playing, and making an album.
