DAAPP

DAAPP is a Geo-Fence based Daily Attendance Application where Users can Mark their daily login and logout activity.

Through this App Users can mark their daily attendance from the location allocated to them by Administrator. A Robust back-end admin portal is provided for user creation, Users are Geo-Fenced into their work location and their login and logout locations gets registered and synced with APP. This way Admin can manage the presence of the employees at various field areas allocated to them.

Basic functionality involved in app is:
1. Registration of Users through unique User code, unique access code and a pre-defined activation key so a uniqueness of user can be maintained.
2. Once Users are Registered, App will activate the attendance markers, Login, Logout and the Day-Off.
3. User can log in anytime between specified time by Admin. It will notify users through GCM to mark their attendance between a specified time if not already logged in.
4. App will also notify user to log out by a specified time if user doesn’t log out, app will trigger the logout action and user will be logged out automatically by set Day-End Time.
5. A day off button is also provided, if a user is on leave for that day he/she can mark the day off by hitting the DAY OFF button.

Additionally this App has a feature called real time entry and exit which is also based on Geo-Fence Entry and Exit, Users can be tracked on the basis of multiple entries and exits from his allocated Geo-Fenced location. The app registers the daily log in and log out time of the users along with the location from where they have marked the attendance. The Location is also saved in the application database.
