Great lock, garbage app. Still does not work on my galaxy s8.

Unable to download app.

Asks for every permission... Camera, microphone, phone access, etc. Requires creation web presence, and log in with each connection. Should only require access to Bluetooth, that's it. My lock fingerprint reader takes longer than just pressing 5 buttons. Uninstalled software, using an expensive combo lock.

Possibilities are endless, yet you refuse to do anything... Shame

Guys is ready time and be nice if you update or upgrade this aplication for new samsung phones s8 ? or for new systems android 6+ !!! This aplication works only with old models phones or old android systems 3.5 or less

Love love love the lock. But the app can't find the lock. Tried to reset the lock multiple times but still connection. I am using the galaxy note 5, android 7.0

First, the locks themselves are fabulous. The fingerprint scanner is thus far spot on for the two of us. As for the app, I have no complaints other than that I've only once been able to unlock the lock using the phone, but I'd be unlikely to utilize that function anyhow. Using the "backup" function also appears to not work. When attempting to backup the progress bar reaches about 25% and remains there - forever. Whether this is an issue with the app or the "U Cloud" I can't be certain, although my router shows no traffic to/from the UL, implicating the app. I expect that over time the app will be improved. For now I anxiously await the WiFi hub currently launched on Indiegogo which will allow me to access the locks while I'm in my work location in Asia.

App for Iphone works perfectly, however App for Android is complete garbage. It doesn't find the lock ever, no matter what you try. The lock itself without the app is great, but when you advertise features and we buy your product based off of that, it should be made sure that everything works without issues.... Once the app is updated EVER I will change my review based off my findings.....

This app does not recognize ultraloq touch pad at all. Does not work

Couldn't even load the app. It freezes everytime after I enter the admin code to set it up. Fortunately the lock works well without the app, otherwise I would return the product.

Tried app with two separate locks. Never picked up lock. Disappointing

My husband and I both have Nexus 5X phones. For some reason, he can't keep the app running. Mine seems fine, although it's not connecting the bluetooth properly.

The product itself is fantastic. But the app needs some work. I recently noticed that the app is draining my battery. I've closed all my apps and just running in the background my phone says the app is using 20 percent of my battery.

App keeps crashing.

Hopefully you are someone who is checking the app to see if you should buy this product. I will warn you right now do not buy this product simply because of the app! All the features that advertises do not work correctly, this signal is very weak and drops from the phone when you are trying to make changes. Name changes that you make from within the app do not get saved and when you resync them do not show up! If it does save the names it will jumble them up and so that the user numbers in the pictures and the names I'll get assigned to different locations. The users will still be able to get in but the logs become completely useless! Half of the time while trying to sync the users the whole app will crash Make it one again useless. Needless to say I feel as though this app is useless. I have contacted costumer support, tried on multiple different devices, uninstalled the app, waited a few weeks, and even replaced the lock. Do yourself a favor and buy a lock where the app actually works more than 20% of the time.

I want this lock to have Internet connectivity so that I can open it from my office.

This app has very limited functionality. Besides checking finger printed users and entry logs, there's not much else I can do with this app. Please make the lock work with connected smart home hubs and also add in app user delete option

Excellent lock management app for the Ultraloq. Can't believe how good this app is, despite it being so new. Excellent quality.

App is painfully slow and crashing since I downloaded on galaxy s 6 running lollipop 5.1.1. We have a great product but this app is ruining everything please help. I will change the ratings to appropriate level once we see the improvement. Thank you for your hard work
