All other things are okay except claim status.

Very good app

update the policy no as on 1 April 2017. Also I got confirmation about my mother's treatment papers but while viewing claim status in this app not showing anything.

Not able to login with Sr no., tried password which is DOB. But never worked with or without /. There is no option to forget or reset password. Called customer care many times but no result.

I can not login with my SR number it is displaying that it has some technical issue though I am employee at Barwani branch working as DO so kindly help me to login so that I can view my policy number access online

Try logging with your Sr no and date of birth as password dd/mm/yyyy. Do not forget to put / sign.

Very helpful App The only problem in this App is that anyone having SR and DOB can login and both are common in LIC Just make it more secure in login by adding 1 more security like OTP or send a link on lic mail to verify user

As per instructions given tried to open app with SRNO and DOB in DD/MM/YYYY method several times but unable to login.

It is reasonably informative &easily operative.by using SRno. & DOB.We are getting step by step our claim inf.on our finger tips.I appreciate the app.But the Data is not updated.Keep it update only then is fruitful.

My son premium deduction going on but not his name not updated in application database.....His name showing on mdindia website but not in application...Do the needful help

Worset app, all time login issues

Unable to log in. The app has no FAQ or instructions to log in.

Not working . Log with my Sr no. And password with my dob with special character/ . But still shows invalid credititional. Pls help

Worst not able to login

Unable to login. It gives error message as "unable to process your request" even after trying several times. Very bad app. Even though so many people have informed here about Login problem, still no rectification was done.

Good but, No divisions of South Central zone have been added in this app. For us no use of it. It is not up to the mark.

Very Good App enter ur sr no and password ur DOB as DD/MM/YYYY And not as ddmmyyyy

it works, please try to login with your sr no and dob in dd/mm/yyyy format of your or any member (spouse, son, daughter) enrolled and check it in enrolled member details in the app

I have Installed app.and tried so many times for login by my SR no. And DOB.but app shows error msg. Kindly provide login method for new users. And solve this issue as early as possible.so that this app begins helpful for those who covered under mediclaim.
