Ecuador Seguro es una aplicación para teléfonos móviles creada con la finalidad de informar y educar a la población sobre  fenómenos naturales y/o antrópicos que pueden afectar al ciudadano y su entorno.
El sistema ofrece las siguientes funcionalidades:
- Informar y educar a la población sobre fenómenos naturales y/o antrópicos que pueden afectar al ciudadano y su entorno.
- Enviar notificaciones a la población frente a cambios de alerta decretados por las autoridades.
