This starts you off with a fake list but you can edit any item to make it as something you actually buy. I will agree with another reviewer about adding a feature so we can make additional lists. The problem I've encountered so far is that I can't clear my already made list when I need to. Other than that, this app was well thought out and I love being able to customize my lists! The feature of adding up the TOTAL is great too :). A keeper!

HAVE NOT REC'D ANY RESPONSE TO THIS ISSUE! POOR SVS. Im picking items to shop for but they are not going to that shopping list. I have to get out of once or twice before items jump into list. I would uninstall and reinstall but afraid to lose my list of items. Pls fix.

Very unintuitive, it starts you your with some bogus fake list. There is no way to create a new list or simply add an item. You will see what I mean...

LOVE this app. Have downloaded a few but like this one the best., very user friendly. I dont need to export/email or utilise the costing facility though so I cant comment on that part. So good that it comes with many items already listed, which you can edit and adding more is very easy. Thank you so much

Allows only one shopping list/store. Too much going on for so limited usage. The voice is not productive it lists price and how many of you know prices. I mean, really. It's not for me. Uninstalled.

I need a replacement for the Grocery G app, and this ticks most but not all boxes. The approach is similar, with a 'select' pool of items you buy often, and a 'shop' list of items you need from the 'select' pool. This is a very efficient way to build a list that you update weekly. I like the categories - grouping items by category (e.g., fruit) helps me collect everything in that section of the shop. For me, the app lacks two things (1) sort by number/quantity. This would be very helpful for editing the 'select' list quantities in order to edit the 'shop' list, as selected items would then be grouped. (A work-around is to add a price for every selected item, then selected items (i.e., those with positive quantities) will have a price and can be sorted. But a quantity sort would be better). (2) I have multiple lists for different shops (e.g., hardware stores), and I also use Grocery G for packing lists for trips. Shopping List Maker doesn't do multiple lists, so I'll have to find an alternative list maker. I also find the fluorescent-colours-on-black a grating scheme - any alternative would be better. But apart from that, it's useful and runs smoothly on Jellybean, so thanks Acore!

I like the ease of use but would reccomend the ability to change the font size on the Selection screen. Small icons are hard to tap.

This is a great program. I finally got almost all the pricing done. The only thing I have found that would be really helpful is to be able to create shopping lists for different stores. Then I could go to the stores I know only have certain items. Still - very awesome program. Droid

This app is ready to use. It has a program list of groceries that you can edit and add to. Just select items from the list to create your shopping list.

Was a bit odd figuring out HOW to get it to work... but like anything, once you get the hang of it, it becomes easy. Once it becomes easy you realize just how convenient and easy it is to use. 1: touch item on list once and it crosses it out. 2: save your favorite items thenn just go to it and hit the + to ad it to "the list" 3: go shopping :) haha

I thought this app was going to be great no more having to take pen and paper into the store. But then after spending quite a bit of time entering new items into the selection list, making my shopping list, and finishing, it comes to my attention that you cannot clear your shopping list once you are done!

This application, while colorful and somewhat pleasing to the eye, is lacking several major features. It has potential if the developer(s) listen to user input. Otherwise, it will continue to lack functionality needed for a shopping list today, then a new, clean list tomorrow, etc. . PROs: Pretty. Alpha sort on four fields. Ability to change/delete preloaded items. Quantity select is a nice touch. For those interested, item prices, estimated total, etc, may be of interest to some users. CONs: 1. Only one list. No individual lists can be created. Once an item from the "Select List" is added to the "Shop List", there is no way to remove the item unless you literally delete the item- which also deletes the item from the "Select List". "Clear" only erases the line drawn through the item when you find it inthe market. It should also clear the item from the "Shop List". 2. Touching an item should add it to the Shop List directly. "1" should be a default value for all items. 3. There should be a sortable Aisle field. This is an ideal feature for the non-primary shopper who doesn't know where everything is in the store. The Category field can be used for Aisle, but too much trouble to delete existing categories. 4. "Clear All Lists" deletes the entire database without a confirmation screen 5. "Read List" is cute, but quite useless. I'll be watching for the above shortfall eliminations in the future.

This app has exactly the idea I was looking for - making shopping lists by quick selection from a large list of all items. Would give 5 stars, if there was a way to make these lists from my computer.

So far I like the app EXCEPT you can only make one shopping list. I often run to multiple stores in the same trip and I need a separate list for each store I go to (one for grocery, one for Target, etc.). If there is a way to make additional lists you've hidden it really, really well. Because of this I can only give it 3 stars at this time. If you add the ability to make multiple lists, then I would rate it higher. Other than that the app is great.
