VPN.AC Client

I tried many VPNs before choosing this one. It's a complete all around vpn and passed every service and security test I threw at it (Tor, Torrents, Steaming, leaks etc). The connections are very stable and speeds are mid-high (more high) and are much better than the big names on the market. Technical service is good and respond within a couple of hours. One little problem was with the kill switch which erased the DNS and caused a total loss of connection on Windows client (It seems this is a common thing for VPNs). I fixed it by setting the DNS to manual and using any DNS (provider, google etc) and turning off auto resetting in Windows vpn client. Excellent value for money.

Great VPN service and application! Just one minor feature request - the ability to test the speed of the available servers when making a selection in the mobile app (similar to VPNArea).

Is there a kill switch? If so, I can't find it.

Beat VPN ever , but really need kill switch.

I have payed version of this app and I have opened two tickets they were not resolved yet

Hello. Menu CONNECT is only possible to call once. Second time i checking this menu, the application always crash. Please fix it. Please don't do auto servers refresh. It often that the application hanging during this process. It is not necessarily to do it automatically every few days or so. UPDATE: After the last update problem with crash solved! Thank you!!! However please keep your eyes on randomly choosen server refresh action from your vpn client. Some times it will hanging the app. Most of the time its just wasting a lot of time an making connection very annoying and time consuming. If I need server update, I can definitely push the button by myself. This is especially problem, then the only VPN will work, anything else is blocked and your server updated cannot do anything and blocking the app to make VPN connection. Chicken - egg situation. Thank you for your support!

Very nice the new design! Hopefully come the "tunneling" function on desktop version also. The Secure proxy also very useful for browsers. Keep up the good work!

Using this VPN since a month on android as well as on iMac, so far so good. Fast, reliable, very Secure, personalise support, beyond premium service at not premium price tag. Excellent app and service

This app works just how it should. My rating refers more to the service as a whole. It's decent, but has a number of quirks that sometimes make life difficult for me. UDP connections are routed strangely, some protocols such as FTP do not work, among other small oddities of their network setup. Support is very nice and helpful, though.

This version flashes connecting for a second then goes back to the connect button. Need to uninstall old version and do a clean install to get it to work

Where to begin! Well, this app is well made & allows easy use of their OpenVPN options. The company is constantly updating/upgrading various aspects of their service. Tons of bandwidth! They're an ISO certified Security Company which means they truly know their stuff when it comes to implementing a VPN properly. Most importantly, they're TRUSTWORTHY & treat you like a human, NOT a sale. They answer questions truthfully without sugar coating. They have a customer for life here & i recommend them to all!

You should add the list of ports available in your windows client, like tcp443 etc. Also the list of protocols (pptp etc.) . Windows client has so many more features which should be added to this android client.

Download speed is not sufficient. I'm just getting 120-150 Kb/sec, which one can get by using free VPNs as well.

Been using for almost two years and always works well. New exclude features are a nice addition. Fully uninstalling and installing new version fixed issue of not connecting

Be sure to set the exclusions... First update in my phone had all excluded by default....

I use OpenVPN on a dedicated router and usually use that for all of my devices, but I tried this app on my Minix Neo X8 H Plus just to experiment, and I have found that it is much more efficient than DD-WRT and connections are faster and streaming is smoother. I am delighted with its performance and the company. If you need a secure VPN this is the one. And their support is second to none, very knowledgeable, expert in fact, and always friendly and prompt.

After latest update I can't connect from here in China. Had to revert back to the previous version which is still working fine. Please fix this update.

Used to work in China, but now it does no longer. I switched to openvpnconnect that work fine after importing china's openvpn conf files.
