Not challenging! You don't have a scheduled calendar. Theres no rest days, it's all non stop? That's absurd! You get to pick your rest time? Whoever gave this a 5 star rating is either VERY lazy, knows absolutely NOTHING about ab workouts or is a friend helping out a friend. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP! IT'S CRAP!
