USHUD.com Property Search - Classic

This is a nifty app. It has a clutter free design and requires no sign up so you can browse properties right after installing it. Browsing properties is as simple as selecting your desired area and scrolling through houses. The "Favourite" feature is very useful if you want to save a listing and come back to it later. I've also encountered no bugs so far which is a huge plus. All in all, Foreclosure Real Estate Search (by USHUD) is a wonderful app for anyone looking to buy real estate properties! It was save me a lot of time and hassle that buying a new house inherently brings. -Anz

No option to sort or narrow down properties. Properties listed arent even on "HUDS" official site which makes no sense.

Correction: Uninstalling now... After checking the "Developer's website", I realized that this is just junk put out by a two - bit self - styled "ad" organization. Their site made them look about as useful as this app - WORTHLESS. Previous : I'm not uninstalling yet. If I don't see an update that fixes the constant crashing in a week, then I'll uninstall. If fixed, I'd give it a 4. If searching/filtering were added, it would get a 5.

Not working still in 2017 the rating of anything higher than 1 star are lying and working for app builder . Very dishonest when the app doesn't even load it's a piece of cow dung.

Looking for a 2 bedrooms down stairs home or Apartment with a full bath in the master bedroom and half bath a large kitchen a large living room lot of clothing space enough to get around not close in and a nice small yard a nice yard

Basically unusable ap unless you register and agree for your info to be shared with their 3rd party partners. DONT BELIEVE ME?, TRY IT FOR YOURSELF.

Keeps crashing after I pick a city. Tried 5 times in a row and crashed in the same spot (after I picked a city) all 5 times. Really annoying!

Just downloaded and keeps closing says unfortunately this app stopped working

Just installed, crashed twice on the two searches I did! Waste of time! Uninstalled!!!

Keeps crashing on my note 4. Can't search just keeps telling me the app stopped working and sends me to main screen

Fails at every seach attempt. No way to enter a page to skip ahead. Very poor web design. :(

Have to give name, email and phone and says info will be shared with 3rd party, before it will let you view anything. Sorry but I don't need those phone calls.

As soon as you try to refine your search it closes on you and says report this and then doesn't do anything to fix it

The app constantly crashes. But will return to the main screen to start over.

This app needs some serious updating. Every time I click to view the house is stops.

Won't open on my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled did the same thing

It worked fine for the first couple of weeks but now it keeps force closing. I have submitted the info so it can be fixed but it still doesnt work. Uninstalling! Galaxy Tablet

this app wants your info if you go to the govt site you don't have to give anything

Was trying to help my aunt find reasonable home for low income,it kept taking me to more city instead of showing me anything,need improvement badly

This app is good and seems to be current, but if you want to sort by price from lowest to highest, you cant. For the most part it lists from highest to lowest. And there are only x-amount of listing per page, so if you want to get to the very end, it could take a while. Especially if there are 100s of listings. It should be more user friendly.

Shouldn't have to give my info just to see what's available. Uninstalling

This app stays open for maybe a minute before having an error and closing.... always has. Even if it did work, it's not user friendly. You can't set parameters while searching.

First, The App insisted to have my personal information, now it's stopped working.

These are not hud homes 1.2 million dollar asking price???!!?

I like the outside house pictures but it be nice to see some inside pictures of the homes.

Everything it comes on it closes out

If it would stay up, I could see using it. Also, I have no ability to refine a search, so I have to view a list from the most expensive to the least expensive. By the time I get to the homes I can afford, the site crashes. Not worth the trouble.

Application kept shutting down after I looked at the first house. Tried it 6 times and the same thing kept happening.....

I'm praying this helps me to find a home soon so I want be homeless any longer for I'm tired of living out of my suitcase !!!!!!!

It crashes every other listing

Wi nt let me get past two pages of listing then gives me the message unresponsive! Very dissapointed

No filters, forced to give info for nothing gained

Thought it would work better but constantly crashed on viewing 3rd page of houses.

After about 2 minutes of searching the app close and then reopen. You have to go through the search and filter all over again and then it closes again. Have not gone past 2 minutes without it closing. What a waste because there is actually some good prospects in this app.

Force closed on me twice before inputting info that i feel isn't anyone's business. Deleting app.
