Mobile check deposit crashes the app every single time. Overall it's good for just checking your account on the go.

This app really sucks most of the time it takes for ever to load and won't let me make transfer from my checking to savings account. I called customer service and they said Daley it and try again. The woman even told me they haven't had any complaints with the app what a liar she is

...it doesn't even deserve one star... but it's the only way I could post about it.....two thumbs down

It can't perform a basic mobile deposit. That should be a simple task for a credit union or bank app.

All I get is a blank white screen with a advertising banner at the bottom.

Honestly this app always crashes and its really frustrating

I used to work there, no wonder people would complain so much, it hasn't worked for me for probably 2 weeks and even when it does it almost every time will not let me click anything I have to back out entirely.

I can't check my account it just goes to a white screen please fix!

I'm not happy at all with this app. I can't sign in or anything. All the page shows me is a bunch of empty boxes. Nothing else. & on the occasion that I can sign in(cuz I'm guessing what the boxes are) it shows nothing but a page with alot of empty boxes..... no way to know what they are..... fix please or I'll move this account over to another bank
