Excellent customer service...I needed help several times with building my credit & was treated w Dignity, Respect & Not like a number! I'm still trying to follow the suggestions...it's working. All due to being treated like a person who wants You to make it financially!

This app is great and easy to use. With this app I can easily access my account here in Gulfport ms. But I recommend adding ordering new debit card and changing the debit pin at anytime on this app because if you lose it and it is not working hour you find it difficult and before you can report it someone has already used all of your money.

Not happy uninstalled and reinstalled and the app still won't load please fix

Update doesn't work now

I loved this app last year. These new updates make it look cool but less functional. It often will get stuck in a loop. Login , password repeat. On the occasion it does work it will need to update everytime. The new bill pay I'm being forced to switch to doesn't work. Had to set everyone up manually just so I could have what I already had set up. 2 hours of frustration to keep what I already have. That being said I love the features that do work. Like the transfer to member and the such. If they get it to work properly it will be a great app.

Nothing fancy, but has gotten much more user friendly. Problems with tedious sign in and accidental sign outs have been resolved. Must have app for me since there are no branches in Iowa City.

Lately every time I put my username and password in, it sends me back to the username page.. so I haven't been able to check my account for a couple weeks.

Stop updating the damn app. Constantly updating everytime I sign in and it takes forever.

It's still easier to use the browser. Picture pay won't open on my phone or tablet. So i have to use the browser anyways. Also it will not hold my login info but my browser will. Needs some updating so it's more user friendly.

I would give the app 5/5, but even after the update the mobile deposit option STILL doesn't work. I was really hoping that after the update it would be fixed.

Good for checking balance or transferring funds, but mobile deposit does not function for me. Camera will not take photos of check.

Was fine until the updates now it freezes my phone or takes forever to open it have had to delete and re-download it

This app helps me alot,instead of checking my card it is easier to check my balance online,thanks dupaco u make it easier

App hasn't been working the last few days. I liked it up until just recently when it stopped working. Update on 10/5 after they redid their app I don't like it all! It is in no way user friendly. The old site I feel was much simpler to use and navigate

This is the best banking app I've ever had. If you are having problems logging in and still have the old version, uninstall the old version and download the new version and you won't have any more problems logging in.

Won't move past the initial load screen

It wont even open since the new update! This sucks! Please bring back the older version!

I used to love this app but within the last few weeks something has happened. When I try and sign in it tells me it's updating my accounts and has the loading icon and just never stops loading and never let's me into my accounts. Please fix

Since I've gotten this app when I joined your credit union over a year ago every time I try and do something on the app it kicks me off including something as simple as trying to transfer money to my checking for when things will be drafted from my account. This convenience isn't a convenience.

App always worked great,but lately anytime I go to transfer it kicks me out. Please fix

Had this on my phone for a long time and it worked wonderful but now for the past month it opens up to a blank white screen with the dupaco logo at the top. My husband has the same phone and has no problem with his.

App spins at log in, take forever to finish a transfer.. liked the old version better.

All of a sudden you don't even love you and it just takes you into a do Loop. I logged into the application about 5 times and then eventually gave up. Whatever update that was done needs to be corrected
