All the right info is there, just needs to be less clunky to use. The edit page doesn't give the original options. Can't swipe between pages. Would be great if options had a definition in smaller font next to them. When going back to check options the original selection is gone? A bit of refining to make more intuitive and user friendly and this would be a great app for mental health professionals

As a mental health worker I have to give routine mental status exams every day. I was looking for something to replace my clipboard checklist, something perhaps a little more user-friendly. This wasn't it. I can tolerate ads for an app I find useful, this relic is just plain useless.
