Hasn't been updated for months so many of the time tables out of date. Now useless. Missed a train from Derry because it was showing the wrong departure time.

So disappointed this app not working on my new s3 neo. Downloaded but screen just black when u open it. Please sort out as a very useful app when working.

Shame, looked like a decent app but doesn't work on my Samsung s7, downloaded the app but all I get is a black screen, left it running for 30 minutes incase it was black due to downloading data, tried rebooting the phone, reinstalling the app but still. Black screen. Seem to get the alert pop up of disruptions to the service but that's it.

Installed this on my phone because it was on my old one and found it useful sometimes. However when I tired running it, it told me the Derry line was now fixed, but then just hung and gave me a blank screen. Get some of those Derry line guys working on this app asap!

App only shows as blank screen on most recent android update..needs upgrading

I WD have given this a 5 because it was a great app but now my screen goes blank and I can't use it. Please please fix this asap.

App goes straight to a. Black screen - "never worked for me on Lolipop

The timetable is not correct for the first few trains from whitehead to belfast. There is also a weekend train schedule during the week(6:29 from larne , 7:30 belfast.) It should be a simble update to fix this. If this was fixed it would be the best train app for ni.

Don't waste your time downloading. By the looks of it, it will ot work on most Samsung devices.

I'm very pleased to have found this app, it should make journey planning a lot easier. *** Edit *** this app was very good but I've just changed to a phone running on Android 4.4.4 and it immediately turns to a black screen on startup. Please see if this problem can be resolved.

This was a fantastic app but train time had changed yesterday which meant we missed it. Annoying and disruptive please update!

There is no one out there to fix this app,it should be taken off as it is wasting space,it was a good app long time ago,not any longer,i was just getting a black screen nothing beyond that.

This was a great app but now won't even open on Samsung 5..get it fixed guys and get the 5 stars back

Used last year was great tried this year blank screen have deleted and tried to reinstall still blank. 3rd time lucky. Still no luck pity.

Great app until the most recent update. Now it won't open and freezes the phone. Hurry up and fix it the official one is awful

HTC DESIRE 610 Tried few times I have installed and stalled a number of times it will not open can you help me.

Used to be a great app but now just stays on first page and doesn't load. Don't bother downloading

I love this app but since I have updated to Samsung galaxy s5, ver. 4.4.2, it has stopped working. :-( I'd also happily pay for an ad free version.

This has been like this for way over a year now! Pull the thumb out translink and get it sorted once and for all!

Please for the sake of northern Ireland commuters especially us over 60s who love using our rail card please fix this fantastic app or failing that please respond to our concerns thank you

This was a great app onmy old phone Samsung galaxy3 mini but wont work on LG g3

Worked perfectly on Samsung Galaxy S2 but since I upgraded to Samsung Galaxy Alpha it doesn't open or load

Since moving to the Moto G the app has stopped working. Just a black screen when started up. Please can this be fixed.

Used to work great and really handy. Now lets you accept terms and conditions then screen goes black and doesnt work. Please fix. Used this all the time.

I had this app on my S3 mini & it worked perfectly every time. Now the app won't even open. Sort this out please as I would've gave it 5 stars had it worked like before.

Great app but I find some timings to be wrong by a few minutes sometimes

Train times ok but never gives delay notifications but it did once
