Vulkano Player-Flow/Lava/Blast

Started out fine but totally went down hill. Now it's terrible.no support, no updates, nothing. Constant buffering issues. Freezing up. Just absolutely horrendous.

The app stoped working with Nougat and now I am getting the message that the app will also stop with iOS 11. Time for a change. The bad part is that the hardware still goes strong and works perfectly with older devices.

The app doesn't work now on my new Huawei phone. Works perfectly in my android car device and older devices. Please can you bring app back to working state?

I bought this app for my droid razr it worked fine when I down loaded it on my new S8 it dosrnt work at all but still works on my tablets I emailed them and haven't gotten a reply tried to reinstall still does not work

Same as everybody else. App and device are way outdated and dev(I think there is only one) has no interest in continuing this device. Time for a slingbox.

It doesn't work on my new LG V20 with Android 7. On my old phone still works (4.4) .Please update ,I paid for this version. Pleaseee.

App won't connect my device on my new phone Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe running nougat. Still works on my older ZenFone 2 though. Company is no longer updating apps or device.

Worked good on older Droid, now it just times out. Pity!

Test install it on a Samsung Galaxy S4, works on 3G/4G & WiFi. Also works fine on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1/2014 - both connections. On an ASUS Zenfone 2 LASER, 32GB/ 3GB RAM, it works fine on both network connections. But when I installed on an ASUS Zenfone 2 64GB/4GB RAM, unfortunately it only works on WiFi, the 3G/4G connection always give me the error message. (Cannot Connect to P2P server. Check your internet connection.)

No problem in steaming video. remote or other function doesn't work. No reply from monsoon multimedia for vulkano. My mobile is Samsung galaxy s4 (India version)

This hasn't been updated in years. Just open source it already. Then the issues will get fixed and you can concentrate on the hardware.

It stopped working on my note 7 on the mobile network, only works on wifi! Disappointed! Went from first to worst

Stopped working on Nexus 6p running 7.0 Android. I would say it's time for an update.

Finally run its course as this company stopped Vulkano years ago. Open source the app and someone else can fix it. Hardware still works, but app is dead after Android 7 upgrade.

Often doesn't connect. Outdated interface. Back button doesn't respond and close the app most of the time.

Used to work great now just crashes phone service and wipes out 4g. Useless. Shame.

PLEASE ADD SORT OPTION TO EPG!!! EPG ( electronic program guide) is awful!! Why are the channels not organized by channel number??? Absolutely frustrating when trying to search for programs to record!!! Please add some sort of channel guide sorting?? Search function is also completely useless never find what I'm looking for. Have to look through each channel listing one by one absolutely ridiculous!! These are simple common sense requests please add these functions.

This app used to work great. Ever since my phone has been updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop it does not work. Constantly buffering and freezes now. It is useless. It does not matter what quality I stream at, or if I'm using 4g or WiFi. Please update this app so I can use it again.

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy 10.5 64 gig to replace my nook hd+. The recent Android update couple of months ago have made this app almost useless. Streaming freezes after 10 seconds, constant buffering, then screen goes black. I try to re- launch app to no avail, unless I wait about 5 minutes. The whole process repeats. Prior to the update, it worked fine. I have used it for about 3 years with occasional glitches, but nothing like it is now. My Nook plays it fine, but there have been no software updates to it in over 2 years. Serious fixes are needed.

I am trying to listen to streamed audio/video with the screen turned off - inorder to save power. I was able with Android 2.3.7 but with 4.4.2 and lollipop is not possible. Does anyone found a workaround?

I purchased this app more than three years ago. It had functioned until recently. Now the app believes it is the free version rather than the paid version. The problem renders both my Flow and Lava player useless. How can I even sell the players on the open market when they are essentially worthless if they cannot be used as advertised by the manuracture?

App keeps freezing up... have to restart my phone to reset the app. Happens approx every 15 mins. Does not even pay to use the app because of this

Just upgraded my S5 to lollipop and now the video keep freezing and the app has to be force closed. I suspect the app hasn't been designed for lollipop as it was working fine with jellybean on the same device. Please fix.

Doesn't work properly with lollipop yet. Freezes up anytime I change the channel, or do anything else other than just watch. Works great on my Note 2, and was working on my Note Edge but not since lollipop update.

I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S6 from an S3 and now the app does not work. I used to love this app and as much as I loved this app and the vulcano. Now if i want to watch tv i need 2 carry both mobiles with me. I'm seriously considering the sling box

And the price for the package (hw +sw) is fair

I've emailed support with no responses from the company. This app is very buggy in Android Lollipop. The app hasn't been updated in some time. I'm guessing they don't care about good user experiences. Not happy my player doesn't work right on the latest version of Android. On Kit Kat this player works fine.

Mobile version 7.0.770 works reasonably well on my DROID 4, Android 5.1, with respect to streaming the video feed. EPG DOES NOT WORK. Get "Failed to fetch data from EPG Server". Of course, Favorites don't work as well. FYI, FREE mobile version 1.2.568 works OK on my tablet running Android 4.1.2 with EPG working OK!! Please fix EPG functionality.

No longer works on lollipop. App has not updated in quite sometime. Time to find something else!

Was fine years ago, but now constant buffering issue. Application needs overhaul. Hasn't changed in years. Remote controls usually need several attempts before any action occurs. Samsung Note 4. Android 5.0.1

This design from 2007 is just not cutting it anymore. This app needs to be redesigned from scratch. Constant buffering issues still persist on Android 4.4.4 and volume controls jump around all the time. However once you do get the app going and running as long as your connection is perfect it'll run alright.

It works on my galaxy nexus, now i got the note 2,even better and im Verizon never had any problems,people with connection issues use ethernet instead of the wireless so the box stays connected, mines works flawlessly, another thing for users with buffering problems, go into the settings of the Vulkano and set the quality for remote to " best possible quality" should have no problems, remember to connect Vulkano via ethernet thats very important

My Notes III just buffers non stop, I don't care as much about the picture quality, but I can't stand when it just buffers none stop. Works great on my ASUS tablet, but I use this mostly on my phone. Fix the issue please. UPDATE.... Thanks for the fix now my Notes 3 is working great.

I have been using this app for 2-3 years with ZERO issues but with this latest update I touch the screen to pull up the option to change the screen from zoom to HD to normal the Android navigation bar covers the Vulkano app bar so I can't select anything....what the heck???

Still buffering with every command submitted (I.e. channel change, play, fast forward, etc) after October update .
